RETURNS

Our returns policy aims to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase at Lendan. We offer you a period of 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange if the product does not meet your expectations. However, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, with the security seal intact. We reserve the right to reject returns of items that do not meet these conditions, as well as those that are damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not our error.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, our team will carefully inspect it to verify its condition. Subsequently, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item and whether your return has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within a maximum of 30 business days.

 

If you have not yet received your refund after this period, we suggest you first check your bank account. Then, we recommend contacting the issuer of your credit card, as there may be an additional processing time before your refund is officially processed. If you have followed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at infotx@us.lendan.com, and we will gladly assist you in resolving any issues.

 

Sale Items and Exchanges

Please note that only items at regular price can be refunded. Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for refunds.

 

Regarding exchanges, we can only offer replacements for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us via email at infotx@us.lendan.com and send your item to: 4125 Hollister St. Ste J. Houston, TX, 77080, United States. Shipping costs for returning the item are at the customer's expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and in the case of receiving a refund, they will be deducted from the total amount.

 

Depending on your place of residence, the time it takes to receive the exchange of your product may vary. If you are sending an item worth more than $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return, and we reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our established policies.
